...and I'm still not back onto Orange.
Tried to contact them online from work - Hell, even brought the credit cards in to pay the fees but couldn't get through. They seem to have stopped phoning. But with the type of shifts I work, they are never going to get me in anyway. Bugger.
Work is a nightmare, went off yesterday morning after a busy nightshift but thinking well, they were showing sighns of improving and come back to find 2 of them have crashed big time.
Its not a pleasant thing to come into. Even worse for the families and then theres always some wee asshole who despite being repeadedly told the visiting policy still cant seem to count above 2 - or thinks we cant count over 2 and brings in several visitors at a time. But I've noticed a hardening in our attitudes, we are now begining to challenge these wee neds and Its nice that I'm not the only one challenging them and asking them to leave.
Now if only we can get the medical staff to stop trating the parents as if they are also medically trained. The parents dont like it when we laugh as they get it wrong, especially some of the pronounciations and it pisses us off when they start playing around with the medical equipment or telling us its time the wean was off the ventilation.
Aye, right....bastards.
