What with the flu season getting underway, people who should be sitting at home not doing much going xmas shopping and triggering off premature labours and delivering early - we are totally fucked.
The staff numbers are down to silly numbers so its downright dangerous and the baby numbers are going up.
Most of the consultants see our point about needing better staffing levels to maintain even a basic quality of care but one is so up her own arse, if she's bored, she thinks we're doing sod all so finds even more things to bog us down with.
